CCCMC establishes alarm mechanism employed in response to trade protection cases arising in foreign countries (anti-dumping,anti-subsidy,secure measures). CCCMC encourages enterprises involved in trade protection lawsuits to respond to the investigation and provides legal, procedural, and lawyer selection consulting services. We help the enterprises work out response strategies, fill in questionnaire and prepare for verification. We also join the competent authorities in negotiating on anti-dumping suspension agreements or price undertakings. We organize parties concerned to attend the public hearing. Once a case is closed, we will raise advice and proposals about implementing the principle of "to benefit those who have responded" and strengthening commodity management. We also provide trainings of anti-dumping know-hows.
